This photo was taken a little over a year ago without any intention of it ever being shared online, however, it is significant for me in my personal journey as I had just begun exploring a life without alcohol and started sampling different non-alcoholic beers, like the Heineken 0.0 shown here. There were no expectations at the time, and honestly I still don't have any expectations or rigid rules to force myself to live by for the future, but I do know that I've now enjoyed a year of being alcohol-free for the first time since I was a teenager, and I feel like I'm in a better place both mentally and physically because of it. Here's to wishing you all the best no matter where you are at on your personal journeys. Cheers! 🍻

Obligatory snow hike after our first significant snowfall of the year. Not gonna lie, I do enjoy the snow... I just need a climate where it snows maybe 5 days out of the year and then is sunny and warm the other 360 days. ❄️🌞

Believe it or not, despite playing basketball growing up, this was the first time I ever shot hoops without the restriction of clothing. Photos taken on our recent trip to Cypress Cove; and yes, as with just about everything, it's much more enjoyable when done in the nude! 🏀

A huge thank you to Paul, Jason, and all of the folks supporting the American Nudist Research Library. This was our first time visiting and it was a wonderful opportunity to learn more about nudist history and browse the expansive collection of documents. We appreciate all that you are doing to educate the next generation and maintain a meticulous record of this movement that is near and dear to us all. 📖

So happy to be back in Florida and at one of our favorite places on Earth: Cypress Cove! We'll be here all week, culminating with the FYNF Wellness Fest next weekend.
